• Alexandros V. Traianos was born and raised in Thessaloniki. He graduated from the Medical School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2007 and specialized in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the G / C Clinic of the Hippocratic Hospital of Thessaloniki. During his training he specialized in laparoscopic surgery and minimal access surgery at the renowned World Laparoscopy Hospital in New Delhi, India. He was awarded a PhD in the Medical School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. in 2014 after completing his doctoral thesis entitled "The effect of tibolone on the levels of early endothelial markers in healthy postmenopausal women".

  
  After completing his specialization, he specialized for two years in Fetal Medicine at King's College Hospital in London, which is the largest reference center for fetal medicine in the world, under the supervision of the world-renowned Professor Kypros Nicolaides who, among other things, discovered nuchal translucency. After the end of his specialization, he was awarded by Professor Kypros Nicolaides, the Fetal Medicine Diploma, the highest honorary title in embryonic medicine. He has an international license to perform all obstetric ultrasounds and endometrial surgeries (chorionic villus sampling, amniocentesis) from the Fetal Medicine Foundation (FMF). It also has a license to perform ultrasound from the Greek Ministry of Health and Welfare.

  
  He then specialized for one year at Homerton University Hospital, London, in human reproduction and IVF. He completed his specialty in Reproductive Medicine for another year and a half at the UK's largest hospital, Guy's and St Thomas' Hospital under the supervision of Professor Yacoub Khalaf. He then worked as a scientific director at a well-known private aided reproductive clinic in London.

  
  After his many years in the UK's largest hospitals, he returned to Thessaloniki, where he maintains a private practice and works with private gynecological and assisted reproduction clinics throughout Greece.
