Short Bio

  • Dr. Makrygiorgis graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He continued his training at the General Hospital of Pirgos and he was specialized at the Surgical Department of Agios Andreas Hospital, Patra, where he operated as an assistant plastic surgeon for two years.

    He then moved to England where he continued his specialization in the field of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Boston Pilgrim Hospital, the Bradford Royal Infirmary and the Leeds General Infirmary. He completed his specialty at the Plastic Surgery Department of the Thriassio Hospital in Greece.

    Dr. Makrygiorgis is also experienced in Microsurgery and in severe burn injury treatments. He is also certified in the use of advanced treatments like fillers, liquid facelift, botox, mesotherapy, combined facial aesthetics, and more. He has attended various seminars about Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and he is always informed about the latest scientific developments of the field.
