Short Bio
Dr. Panagiotis Mantalos completed his studies at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens on scholarship (EKPA 1979-1985). In January 1997 he received the title of Plastic Surgery Doctorate (PhD), in the Department of Surgery of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
Dr. Mantalos was also:
- Instructor of the University of Athens in ATLS (Advanced Trauma life Support course) accredited by the Committee on Trauma of the American College of Surgeons.
- Past Secretary Gen of the Board of Directors of the HESPRAS.
- Past Vice President of Hellenic Society of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery.
- Past National Secretary for Greece in ISAPS (International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons) (Greece's Nat Secretary 2014 - 2018).
- Past Representative of HESPRAS in the European Association of Societies of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery EASAPS (European Association of Societies of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery) holding a position in ExCo (Historian).
- International Member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS).
In the context of continuing lifelong education, which in medical science is a necessary condition for the modern practice of medicine, the doctor participates every year in more than 6-8 seminars - conferences - courses as a speaker (faculty) or chairman, in our country or abroad.
