Short Bio

  • Dr. Leonidas Vellopoulos is a Medical Doctor, graduated from Medical University "Iuliu Hatieganu" of Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

    He has been post-graduated in conventional Medicine in the following hospital departments: the Internal Medicine Clinic of KAT Attica General Hospital, the Computed Tomography Department of "Agios Savvas" General Cancer and Oncological Hospital of Athens, the Nuclear Medicine Department of “Agios Savvas” General Cancer and Oncological Hospital and at the Endocrinology Clinic of the General Hospital of Athens "G. Gennimatas".

    He began his training in Classical Homeopathy by completing the corresponding program of the Hellenic Homeopathic Medical Society and then attended the program of the International Academy of Classical Homeopathy of Professor George Vythoulkas, receiving the corresponding diploma.

    He is a member of: Athens Medical Association, Panhellenic Medical Association, Hellenic Homoeopathic Medical Society, European Committee for Homeopathy.

    In addition to practicing Homeopathy, he writes articles in magazines and the electronic press, and in 2016 he participated in the 17th Panhellenic Congress of Homeopathy as a member of the organizing committee and as a speaker. He has also participated as a speaker in other medical workshops and public presentations about Homeopathic Medicine.
