  • Dr. Thomas Prokopakis is a member of the Board of Directors of the Institute of Life and a founding member of the company.
    Mr. Prokopikis Thomas is a gynecologist specializing in infertility and in vitro fertilization.

     

    He was born in 1961 in Heraklion, Crete.
    He studied at the Medical School of the University of Athens, where he graduated in 1987.He served as a doctor in the Greek army in 1988.
    He served at the Agricultural Clinic of the Health Center of Aetoliko in 1989 - 1990.

     

    Specialization in General Surgery at the General Hospital Tzanio Piraeus.and then specialized in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Center "ELENA VENIZELOU" in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

     

    He specializes in infertility - IVF at HOPITAL CMCO in Strasbourg, France, next to Professor PIERRE DELLENBACH, a pioneer in the field of human reproduction in Europe.

     

    He has gained a lot of experience in these 10 years both in the field of IVF and in the treatment of infertile couple as well as in the field of diagnosis of gynecological obstetric problems with ultrasound.

     

    In 2015 he participated in the creation of the Institute of Life, in the IASO maternity hospital, continuing his scientific activity in the field of infertility.

     

    He continues to practice gynecological surgery and obstetrics at the IASO maternity hospital until today.

     

    During and after his education he participated in scientific conferences in Greece and abroad, as well as published many publications in Greek and foreign medical journals
