Description	Analysis
Assisted embryo (LAZT) and blastocyst (LAH) hatching	Assisted hatching of embryos at the cleavage stage and the blastocyst stage is a lab process that is performed using a special targeted laser system.
Blastocyst Biopsy	This technique is used prior to embryo transfer to select healthy embryos that do not carry genetic conditions or chromosomal abnormalities, such as thalassemia, Down syndrome, etc.
Blastocyst Culture	A method for selecting the best embryos, which significantly improves the pregnancy success rates for the couples who undergo it.
Egg and Embryo Vitrification	Vitrification is the extremely fast freezing of eggs, embryos and sperm, which prevents the formation of intracellular ice crystals.
Egg Microfertilization (ΙCSI/P-IMSI)	Microfertilization involves the isolation and insemination of one sperm into each egg.
Embryo Culture Using Time-lapse Technology (EmbryoScope Plus)	The Institute of Life has installed an innovative incubation and monitoring system for embryos, the EmbryoScope® Plus, which is the most technologically advanced incubator
Polarized Light Microscopy for Spindle Detection (PolarAIDE)	It allows us to clearly detect the egg spindle (DNA spindle) during microfertilization. It minimizes the risk of injury when introducing the sperm to the interior of the egg.
Preimplantation Genetic Screening of Chromosomes (PGT-A)	It permits selecting only embryos with the right number of chromosomes to be implanted, by extension leading to the birth of a healthy baby.
Preimplantation Genetic Testing for Monogenic Defects (PGT-M)	In the context of assisted reproduction, the PGT-M method is used to select the embryos that do not carry defects from the carrier status of the parents.
niPGT-A	This groundbreaking non-invasive procedure (niPGT) eliminates the need for an embryo biopsy and facilitates access to embryos for chromosomal anomaly testing throughout all the IVF cycles.
Endometrial Receptivity Map (ER Map, ERA test)	It permits selecting only embryos with the right number of chromosomes to be implanted, by extension leading to the birth of a healthy baby.
Endometrial Immunological Testing (ImMap)	For successful pregnancy, it is important for the maternal and embryonic cells to co-exist in a fine regulation of immunological balance.
KIR/HLA-C Genotyping	KIR and HLA-C genotyping is a genetic tests that allows us to evaluate the risk of an embryo being rejected by the mother’s immune system.
